SEAFOODTOMORROW partners from Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny (ZUT) and the Culinary School Szczecin (Zespół Szkół Nr 6 im. Mikołaja Reja w Szczecinie), Poland, participated in the final stage of the SEAFOODTOMORROW Recipe Contest on 1 July in Paris. Four winning schools were announced on the day.
Culinary School Szczecin was awarded for their fish sausage recipe that uses sustainably farmed carp and is specifically adapted for children.
The national television network, TVP3 Szczecin, visited the kitchen at the Culinary School Szczecin on 11 July to learn more about the teams’ experience. You can watch the coverage (in Polish) here (starting at 3:20).
