On the 28th April 2020, the SEAFOODTOMORROW team met online for the sixth consortium meeting. Originally scheduled to take place in Boulogne-Sur-Mer, France, the meeting was hosted online by project partner, EuroFIR, and SEAFOODTOMORROW coordination team, IPMA. Project partners presented an overview of all work carried out to date in the various work packages including updates on a qPCR authentication tool to help combat seafood adulteration, the semi-industrial production of winning recipes from the SEAFOODTOMORROW recipe contests and eco-innovative solutions for sustainable seafood production. It was a productive meeting and the team are looking forward to sharing the final results from the project in the coming months.
