Food and Chemical Toxicology Special Issue

We are delighted to announce that SEAFOODTOMORROW will be producing a special issue in the journal, Food and Chemical Toxicology (impact factor: 3.775), maximizing the impact and legacy of the SEAFOODTOMORROW project.

The special issue titled ‘Eco-innovative sustainable solutions for the seafood industry: Findings & Challenges’ will focus on the project’s solution and bring together research on toxic effects in the human environment related to food, food and industrial safety, consumer product safety and nutrition.

The issue will be edited by António Marques (IPMA, Portugal), Ana Garcia Cabado (ANFACO), Sara Cunha (ICETA) and Monica Campás (IRTA).

The call for submissions is now open (October 2019) until January 2020.
