On the 11 September 2019, SEAFOODTOMORROW partner Campden BRI Hungary Ltd. (EIT Food HUB in Hungary) organized the EIT Awareness Day in Budapest, Hungary. Experts from the Campden BRI Group and the University of Warsaw presented their work on innovative approaches in consumer science in Europe. As part of the Campden BRI Group’s presentation on ‘Consumers’ understanding of healthy and sustainable food products’, the team presented their results from the SEAFOODTOMORROW Consumers’ Focus Groups in Hungary. Looking forward, the team plans to organize more events to boost local innovation and transform the food system in Hungary.
