The Hungarian workshop will give an overview of the main outcomes of the SEAFOOD TOMORROW project, with a special focus on sustainable seafood products, developed, including consumer acceptance, safety, labelling aspects.
Within SEAFOOD TOMORROW researchers aimed to have a better understanding of consumers’ opinion, beliefs, and reactions to seafood in three EU-regions. This workshop will insight into Hungarian consumers’ attitudes, expectations, and intentions around eco-innovative seafood products, including the needs of distinct consumer groups, such as children, pregnant women, and older people.
The round table discussion, involving experts, researchers, dietitians will give an opportunity to network with other like-minded professionals.
