EFSA Journal on EFSA’s third Scientific Conference ‘Science, Food, Society’

The European Food Safety Authority is the agency of the European Union that operates independently of the European legislative and executive institutions (Commission, Council, Parliament) and EU Member States, and provides scientific advice and communicates on existing and emerging risks associated with the food chain.
